Don’t trust them !! They are scammers!! They don’t pay refferals bonus ! That confirms its ! I make investigations and have all papers that they are scams!!!

"this is some b.s."
ive been using the app for the last year and for the last week i cant log in to claim my return, i was logged out unexpectedly and now i cannot log back in to redeem my cash ( over $600) tried customer support and all i get is the same email with the same resonse. you need to have an actual person to whom we can speak with. this is rediculous

I've been using this app for over 2 years. It was great at first, I did not go out of my way to find the best price for gas, I just looked for the most cash back from Getupside. Now, it doesn't matter the gas station, in my area, they're only offering 1c cash back, what a ripoff. Not worth it when you consider the credit card interest or the typically higher prices from the gas stations that offer Getupside.

"Missing proof of purchase"
This app has started missing some of my purchases, saying "Missing proof of purchase" that's a load of crap! I missed 1 time because I wasn't aware of taking a picture of recipe for certain stations. Now I always check but still getting messages every couple of days after fill up.

"Removed Gas Pump from Menu"
I started using this app to get money for the gas purchase. It started out great. I was keeping my receipts and uploading them on the app. Then not just two week ago, the gas pumps that I have been using on a regular bases are gone. Not just lost or just don't register but GONE. I even type in the place where I pumped gas and it will not come up at all. I use Sam's Club and United Grocery Express pumps and they are no longer on the getupside gas pump menu. I guess if you are an avid user at a certain pump then they make it go away.

I live in a rural area. I am fortunate to have a get upside station near me. The app has saved me precious dollars. Easy to use app. I got my cash out fast. My only wish....they would add my bank to the list.

"Gas app is a rip off. Also is over rated.& Is a hassle."

& can provide proof that I'm a customer as needed.The cheap prices are not accurate.So you may drive very far, wasting time& be disappointed it's higher. Avoid the trickery. Go to fd4 less or Costco. Its more simplified& you have more control& avoid being cheated & monitor

Although I still may save 10 to 26 cent per gallon, the price that is listed per gallon on the app is always lower than the actual price at the pump. So I may pass several gas stations burning gas to get to where the gas is said to be cheaper and it’s not. I have used this app for almost 3 years and this deception is brand new. Also, getting the refunds are slower than they used to be.

This is easy download the app put in your debit or credit card number in app check in at the gas station on app go in and pay for your gas then Pump It and you'll get however many cents back on a gallon of gas that the station offers! Simple within a day or two you'll have money back it's easy to withdraw it off the app after you get the $20 to first time then it can be any dollar amount that you would draw and put on whatever debit card bank account whichever way you want to receive your money back I love it, less than a year I done made $30 back which is a gallon of gas. It don't take long especially if you use it every time you go to a gas station they also are giving money back at restaurants and grocery stores get busy people

For the most part the app is okay but If you get to a gas station that requires you to upload a receipt Either run like hell to another gas station or Make sure you save that receipt until you get the credit you deserve because I've had to contact them twice now to get The credit because everything seemed to go okay when I uploaded the receipt but they never got it And they don't tell you they never got it they just Never give you the credit you deserve
